Gas Log Installation

We would be glad to install a gas log set you have purchased or feel free to look the gas log set we sell on our products page.

Natural gas and propane logs can be installed in existing or new fireplaces as long as the manufacture has tested them for proper use. The logs are connected to a natural gas line or propane tank to supply fuel for the logs. Log kits for natural gas can be purchased at most hardware stores or you can purchase RH Peterson gas logs from our website. These kits can be installed in fireplaces intended for gas log kits or fireplaces originally intended for wood burning. There are two types of natural gas logs: we have vented and vent-free. Vented gas logs require that the chimney flue is open. Vent-free logs, the flue can be closed while the logs are operating.
