I was very pleasantly surprised by Advanced Chimney Sweeps.  The service technician was about 10 minutes early for the 9:30a appointment.  The technician was really nice, explained what was going on and what they are going to do. He was very thorough cleaning it and inspecting it from the inside and the outside. They finished in less than an hour and the house was spotless when they left.
